Change is continuous and inevitable. Successful individuals and organisations embrace change see it as an opportunity.

Change impacts all business activities and the people that manage the business.  Therefore, when implementing change, particularly major business initiatives it is critical to evaluate the change impacts across the organisations people (Human Capital), customers, distribution channels, technology, workflow and 3rd party suppliers so as to gain a holistic view of the change.

Implementing a change program in a business environment where resources are limited, i.e. in terms of budget, people and technology, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are few while maintaining Business as Usual (BaU) activities is challenging.  Particularly, as change is not usually embraced by all.  The management of culture change can make or break a project.  In this environment Chairmont brings an understanding of culture change, autonomy, leadership, specialist skills and execution to any program or project.

Chairmont has delivered many change programs and projects. The change may have been driven by compliance, e.g. Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing Act, or the migration to a ERP system, e.g. SAP, or as a result of a company re-structuring.

Tools and techniques used include Transtheoretical Model of Change which is measure of the propensity for people to change.
